FT How to Spend It - Coasts with the Most

Camper & Nichsolsons Marinas is delighted to share a recent article in highly esteemed luxury publication 'How To Spend It', generously featuring 3 marinas within the Camper & Nicholsons Marinas network.

Lisa Freedman reports on the number of bigger boats being on the rise, along with yacht sales and that the word 'marina' means so much more than a harbour, where owners of superyachts require much more than a reliable fuel dock and technicians, "what's on land must be a mirror of what's onboard..."

The article continues to describe the development of superyacht destination Limassol Marina located in Cyprus. The marina development, to which Camper & Nicholsons Marinas is very familiar, is a successful model in combining the latest luxury living with an immaculately run harbour. Limassol Marina is operated and managed by Francoudi & Stephanou Marinas in partnership with Camper & Nicholsons Marinas.

Andreas Christodoulides, CEO of Limassol Marina comments,  “Cyprus is a key route to the Middle East and large yachts crossing between the western and eastern Med used to have nowhere to stop. Those looking to explore need a berth.”

The article continues to mention Grand Harbour Marina in Malta, owned by Camper & Nichsolsons Marinas, who are restructuring the marina to welcome yachts up to 130 metres. Palmarina in Bodrum in Turkey, an exclusive 1782 member of the Camper & Nichsolons Marina network, is mentioned as being completely rebuilt to provide 98 berths for yachts measuring more than 30 metres.
